More of Tom Braxton

Oh my gosh.... it is so hard to stop!  I am finding more and more of wonderful images of my shoot with Tom Braxton!  I really enjoyed this particular morning!  I discovered morning light!  We were up with the sun and it was amazing how beautiful it was.  We went driving around and found the most awesome rural locations, off the beaten path, that were exactly what I was envisioning in my head.

With Tom playing, what more could you have asked for.  Completely away from all traffic and city life, give me a field, the morning light and the music of Tom Braxton..... complete peace and beauty as the light hit him in a magical way!

Thank you Tom!

Ashley

What a wonderful weekend this was!  I love going out on a shoot!   There is nothing like it for me than to get lost in my world of creativity and capturing moments!

I wanted to share a couple of images of Ashley with you.  She is one of the sweetest people I know!  She is gorgeous inside and out!  She has more personality and spunk than I can take on.... LOL.

We take on the bugs, the chiggers, the dirt, the thrill of it all!  She was such  trooper and will go anywhere and will do just about anything!  Who would ever know the places we went....

You are so fun to shoot and I really enjoyed our time Ashley.... more photos to come soon!

Tom Braxton

What a blessing!

Every so often in our lives we are blessed with the opportunity to do something really special!  Last weekend was such a treat and I was asked to do a photography shoot for "Tom Braxton"http://www.tombraxton.com/.

Mr. Braxton is a nationally know jazz "saxophone" artist.  He is releasing his new album "Endless Highway".

I had more fun than I can express in words... and Tom... you were fantastic!  I don't know how much better it can get than to have spent a weekend with you and your lovely wife on a shoot.  I will cherish that time for a long time and laugh about many what I put you through.  You both have so much love and joy and just radiate God's love!

Thank you Tom for the opportunity to have spent with you!

"Painted Bellies"

I love expectant mothers!  What fun and excitement.  I wanted to do something very different and I am going to start a series of "Painted Bellies".  This beautiful mother is about to have her third little girl!  She has so much peace on her face!   She was pleasure to work with and so much fun.  I love pregnant mothers but was growing weary of seeing the same old images.... having a fine art degree, I decided to start having fun with my moms!  There will be more to come!

Thank you Angela for being so fun and exposing all!

Defining Moments

"In a fast-paced world we live, it's important to take time to cherish those we love."

Sometimes you just want to share with others when you find something very special.  I have a friend that offers a most treasured item for your home.  Aina Cheek is so creative with this beautiful keepsake that she has created and I feel it should be shared with others.  I have never told her how much I love what she does, nor does she know that I am posting this blog.  She is a treasure, beautiful inside and out!  Please go and check out her website.  I value what she is doing and it correlates to what I feel is my passion too... taking time to capture cherished moments!!!

Natural Beauty

Photography is such a passion of mine and I am so blessed to be able to do what I absolutely love to do.  I love to find the beauty in every client that I have, but some days.... it is just plain "breath taking".  I can get so carried away in creating that perfect image.

I had the opportunity to meet "Rachel".   We went tromping through the weeds, bugs, tall sunflowers in a mad dash to beat the sunset.  What a special girl she is... not afraid of anything!  Bees flying everywhere, I am standing in the weeds hoping that nothing crawls across my foot... if it did... they would have found me down the highway still running.  Rachel was awesome, just one with nature... and it shows in the beautiful, graceful person that she is.

Rachel... you were unbelievable!
You have no idea of the extent of your beauty.
